A quick walk to the University of Lynchburg, 4 miles to Liberty University, 3 miles to Downtown Lynchburg, and so much more. KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM The living room features a new modern chestnut leather sofa, an RST Brands Tufted Yellow arm chair, coffee table, Italian dining table, books, art, and a 40 inch smart TV to stream Netflix and more. The kitchen features all new amenities including dishwasher and stainless steel refrigerator, extra large sink, drip coffee pot, Keurig, french press, and everything you need to do Gordon Ramsay proud (pots, pans, plates, silverware, cutting board, spice rack, mugs, cocktail set, etc.) MASTER BEDROOM - Queen bed, dresser, full length mirror, with a full sized closet to store any extra belongings. All bedrooms have blinds on all windows and locks on doors. SECOND BEDROOM- Full size bed with memory foam mattress, closet for hanging clothes, and a view into the backyard and fire pit area. BATHROOM A full bathroom with a shower and bath, vanity, sink, and window to enjoy the natural lighting in this space. All shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels are provided. COMMON SPACE/GAME ROOM This room is a common area in the finished basement, so you will walk down the stairs to this space. The ceiling is a little low, so if you are taller than 6'3 you may have to duck. Please note, this room can also be used as a third bedroom as there is a full size couch with blankets and pillows provided. Amenities include a 50" Roku TV, bean bag chair, foosball table, piano, games, books, record player, and workspace. OUTDOOR FIRE PIT: There is an outdoor solo fire pit with chairs available in the shed SHED: Includes firewood, corn hole, and chairs for fire pit. Other things to note: Our property is professionally cleaned after each stay from top to bottom. The $75 cleaning fee is a pass through meaning we make no money off of it. It goes directly to our cleaners and supplies. This getaway is perfect for visiting family at the surrounding college's, strolling through downtown Lynchburg, or hitting the trails
