Responsibilities:
Diagnose, and repair issues with commercial and industrial chillers and boilers, including but not limited to compressors, pumps, motors, valves, and electrical systems.
Perform preventative maintenance on chillers and boilers.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to troubleshoot and repair chiller and boiler systems.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure effective and efficient operation of chiller and boiler systems.
Keep accurate records of all work performed and provide detailed service reports.
Respond to emergency repair calls as needed.
Participates in an on-call rotation Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical school degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with chiller and/or boiler repair and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of chiller systems, including electrical and refrigeration components.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must possess a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
