Job DetailsCompletion of college and/or university in mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience requiredAt least 10 years' experience in leadership positions in manufacturing with proven ability to deliver desired results; significant experience in molding requiredExperience in planning, resource allocation, employee relations, leadership techniques and coordination of people and resources; Proven track record of improving performance through coaching and learning support in a leadership roleTechnical understanding of production planning techniques, basic understanding of quality management standards, lean manufacturing and safety requirements/laws (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, 5S, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
