We currently seek a talented Scheduler, to oversee and manage staffing and client satisfaction in our busy Lynchburg VA branch.

Match-making appropriate caregivers with clients, based on needs, criteria, preferences, and experience Working as liaison between clients and field personnel to ensure smooth relationships Ensuring availability of caregiving team members; maintaining current records and updating computer data in timely manner Constantly making appropriate decisions and judgments while organizing assignments in an efficient way Demonstrating flexibility in responding to urgent situations such as emergencies, assignment or scheduling changes, and reporting to appropriate office employee and/or field personnel Overseeing the activities of field personnel, assessment of performance, and taking appropriate action to ensure accountability and compliance Creatively putting together the puzzle pieces of the schedule in a fast-paced environment, with a calm and client-centered focus Working closely with branch team members to ensure a high-energy, cohesive hub of activity This role is cross-trained to be an effective team member who can handle any situation, any question that arises.
