Job Description:
Under the supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA, the Behavior Technician (In-Home) provides Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) strategies, techniques, and procedures to individuals with autism or developmental and/or intellectual disabilities in the home and community settings.
Qualifications/Education/Licensure:
High school diploma.
Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or related field preferred.
Must obtain CPR and MANDT certification within first 30 days of employment.
A Virginia driver's license required.
Must complete Registered Behavior Technician training within the first 30 days of employment.
Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician credential within the first 6 months of hire.
