CORPORATE DIRECTOR OF COMPENSATION

Job Description:
The position manages the corporate compensation department in Human Resources to ensure that compensation is appropriately promoted to attract, retain and motivate and align employees in a cost-effective manner to support organizational business objectives.
Evaluates the effectiveness of current compensation and benefit programs and policies and makes recommendations for changes.
Within entities, ensures internal equity and external competitiveness in areas of direct and indirect compensation.
Qualifications/Education/Licensure:
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, or related field is required.
Preferred Education:
Master's in human resources, business administration, or related field.
Required
Experience:
Five to seven years' experience in compensation with strong analytical and persuasive skills.
At least 3 years prior management experience.
Able to interact effectively will all levels of management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must possess strong negotiation skills.
Preferred
Experience:
Healthcare experience.
Familiarity with executive compensation is desirable.
Preferred Certification & Licensures:
Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or compensation designation is strongly preferred.
Recommended Skills Analytical Business Administration Business Planning Communication Health Care Human Resources Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
