Job Description:
There are openings for an Outpatient Physical Therapist I and an Outpatient Physical Therapist II . The Physical Therapist OP evaluates and treats patients to maintain or restore patients to their maximum functional performance level and completes discharge planning.
Requirements:
FOR PT I:
o Bachelors, or Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
o Licensed by the Virginia Board of Physical Therapy.
FOR PT II:
o Experience with Lymphedema Therapy for this position only.
o Bachelor's, or Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
o Inpatient Setting: Must have one year experience as a Physical Therapist.
o Outpatient Setting: Must have two years experience as a Physical Therapist.
o Licensed by the Virginia Board of Physical Therapy.
